Entrance to Maratos Building on Walda Pasha (later Aicha El Taimouria) Street. Designed pre-1914 by George Parcq this is one of the first buildings on the street. (firearms importer Nicolas Maratos owned store at Continental Hotel).

Nessim Ades Building at No. 20 Ismail Pasha Street originally occupied by Clement, Gaston "Tony" Ades and several time minister Salib Sami (ground floor). Today home of Fulbright-Binational Committee and DHL


Ventura Building

Ventura-Borsa (later Monasterli) Building on Ahmad Pasha Street. Now (October 1999) leased to Citibank which pockmarked it with split unit air-conditioners.
